excellent and efficient service as always . my car continues to rattle and shake like a mexican taxi --in spite of the best efforts of the service dept. .not what I expected of a lincoln . ron kapusta

Love love love this dealership! Everyone is eager to help. Navigating the recall for my MKX was very easy thanks to Scott Nelson, and the long term loaner car from Enterprise was an easy process, too. I am always pleased with how Richard Ancheta takes great care of my 2008 Lincoln like it is a brand new vehicle. I will definitely buy my next Lincoln from McDavid!

They did a fantastic job on my car.

as usual, the service department did an outstanding job in a very timely basis. Love my MKX. Thanks for helping me keep it in in great operating condition!

Mr. Gusa is my service advisor at this dealership. He logs me in with no fuss, gets my MKT serviced quickly, and as I check out, gives me a summary of what we need to address on my next visit. With Ed's attention to detail I'm always confident that my car is getting the service and attention that it needs. One less thing for me to worry about.

Experience was great. Issue was taken care of promptly. Service people were courteous.

I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received from David McDavid's service department. Each person I have dealt with has been courteous, professional, and competent. I highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent customer service. Employees were very helpful and friendly

Richard was great as a service representative. I usually work with Ed Gusa but he was off on Saturday. Richard A. provided the best service and timeliness

Great service as always. Fast turn around with friendly staff.
