The service and our service representative (Richard Anchetta) were exemplary. I was given all the information to make good decisions and to increase my understanding of the work needing to be done.

Actually an enjoyable time getting my MKZ serviced. Russ made everything easy. Lincoln Roadside Assistance was awesome. McDavid Lincoln in Plano is the place to go.

As always my experience with the service department was great. I highly recommend making your appointment ahead of time if you are waiting for your car.

Tremaine was a excellent sales person and I am very pleased with the way he took care of my wife and I. He made our car buying process that much better.
