Valet service is convenient! Car was returned repaired and clean!

Overall it was very pleasant, I usually hate buying a car. The salesman greeted me upon arrival and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was well versed on the various vehicles and equipment. I was specifically after an MKX with AWD. Finance manager was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Had an appt at 10:20 and finally found out at noon what the issue was (a wire wasn’t connected on the O2 sensor that was replaced two weeks prior), they fixed and it was covered by warranty—would be 5 stars if I didn’t wait for so long.

The car looks good and I appreciate the good service I received.

I have not had a better experience than this. My check engine light came on. I went to my Service Specialist Steve. I was updated periodically with an update. He offered to have a car take me for lunch. And to top it off the guy who detailed my car remembered me. And said they had missed me to come in more often to keep my car detailed❤️❤️❤️

Always great service at McDavid Lincoln. Waiting times are reasonable for the good work that they perform . Comfortable waiting area with plenty of snacks. I would definitely recommend this dealer to have your car serviced at.
