I have always appreciated the service I have ewcieved from McDavid Lincoln. They have a very good customer service lounge and are prompt to get the job done. The only complaint I would voice is that during this past year it it very difficult to communicate with service personnel. I have attempted to do so by telephone and the chat system with negative results. I realize they are busy and may be buried with call backs but still it has been somewhat difficult. Other than that everything has been very good.

My experience was amazing! Ithe gentleman who helps customer’s was so helpful transferring cat seats to the vehicle provided to me while my car was being repaired was patient, friendly and very helpful! Eddie, who assisted me was professional, answered my questions and kept me informed as to the situation on my car. When I got my car back, it was clean!!! Ed went the extra mile to ensure l was satisfied with the service I received and asked if I had any other concerns or questions. Again, Ed, and your team went above and beyond my expectations. Note that I have referred and complemented your dealership and your services to many co-workers, friends and family members!
