Excellent like always

Always provide excellent, personable customer service. The service sept waiting area is really nice and accommodating. I take advantage of the business center, which is really convenient for my work schedule.

I can always count on Steve, my service manager, to get my car needs taken care of. Even though the service department was busy and I had to sit there for awhile, the lobby is comfortable, clean, and accommodating. Thank you.

My experience for this visit was great. I brought my car in late and unannounced for a quick maintenance service, and they accommodated in a reasonable period of time. My only concern is from a previous visit to have my airbag replaced due to the recall. I am waiting on a trim part that was damaged during that repair, and I keep being told it is having to be farmed out for manufacture. How long will I have to wait? My car was damaged, and I want it fixed.

Check engine light illuminated. Dropped off the vehicle as scheduled and diagnostics identified the defective part. It was covered under the warranty. Repairs were completed as explained by the service manager. So I’m pleased with the experience.
