I took 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Which probably would have been ok except that the waiting area has a temperature or about 50 degrees. I will have to remember when I come in to bring a coat!

Have had several issues arise after bringing car in for scheduled maintenance. Was very fed up with the service department at the Frisco location. I have had discussions with Nabeel, and he has been nothing but helpful since those conversations began. He is taking care of me well enough to wear. I will give the maintenance department, another try in the future.
