I had several recalls completed and noise in the front of vehicle. All were completed and appere to be working properlyGood experience.

The service is outstanding every time I go there it feels like family well done!

Made an appointment for a coolant flush and the service team was able to work with my schedule to find the best appointment time and let me know how long it would take. The multi point inspection that was emailed to me revealed I needed a spark plug change. I was able to easily add it to the work up with the cost notated and it was completed within the same original time estimate.

Part (Splash guard) was apparently on hand, but missing bolts. As always, my service advisor (Richard Ancheta) did his best to take care of me. However, the part will now have to be ordered. The service department did secure the part with additional zip ties. (I was travelling when the front of the guard fell down. No Lincoln dealership in Grand Island, NE, but a very kind young serviceman at a Ford dealership zip tied it in place.)

Winnie has been great! She answered every question that day and has continued to be very responsive.

Repairs were made on time as promised. Staff was professional.
