My has been through 2 other mechanics and didn't get the problem solved. Richard and John really gave me hope that my care was in good hands. They were very punctual with great customer service

It was a much longer wait than I was expecting. Ordered car November 20, 2023 and did not receive until August 27, 2024. I do think Lincoln can do better than that. The sales staff at David McDavid Lincoln Frisco could not have been any nicer. They made the wait bearable and were always willing to check on the status for me.
