We had a great experience recently at David McDavid Lincoln in Frisco, TX. Our salesperson, Eddy Louis, was exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, efficient and patient. We ended up purchasing a Lincoln Nautilus Black Label Edition and are loving it! Next to going to the dentist, there is nothing I hate more than car buying. Our experience with Eddy changed my perspective. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!

Came in to trade my old Aviator in and buy a New Aviator. Had already been texting with John. Showed up at our arranged time. John had the car inside so we didn't have to be in the heat. Went back and forth some on the trade-in value and I bought the car. In at 3:30 and in the car driving home at 6:15. Great experience. Great place you have there in Frisco and John did fantastic. I would give it a 5 star rating if I got more for my trade-in but that is a good thing for you guys. Thanks

Most of the purchase activity was transacted in the front lobby. I found that uncomfortable and unnecessary considering the size and quality of your facility.
