Service person was polite, on time and efficient

Very good service advisor.

Checked in quickly and asked if I could be under 2hrs. For oil change and Kelly said yes! He checked me in for Joel. FINISHED...and outta there in less than 2 hrs.😀AWESOME...Also, Joel used my points to cover the service...SWEET!Now all I need to do is to double checked and make sure all my points were recorded, which I do not believe, but I'll check and make sure. Thank you so much!

JJ was great to work with from start to finish. He was never ‘salesy’ or annoyingly pushy as most are, and he was very professional and courteous.
