When we first arrived, we walked all around the showroom, and no one greeted us or asked what we were looking for. After a while I walked up to the receptionist and asked if someone would come and answer our questions. She had Austin Mestemacher come and help us.Austin took time and acquainted us with the various models. At first, we were considering a Nautilus. We were intrigued by the new dash. Austin kindly let us take a test drive. We then looked at the other SUV's. We saw a stunning Manhattan Green Black Label Navigator and thought this is more what we were looking for. Austin kindly arranged a test drive, and we were sold.We then were passed to Miguel Codner to complete the transaction. Miguel made sure we were acquainted with all the support plans and warranties. We made our choice and completed the transaction.Upon leaving Miguel handed us a USB stick with the documents and said not all of them may have gotten on there. I found that curious that we were spending about $150k with the dealership and they couldn't make sure all the paperwork was on the USB? When we arrived home, and I checked the USB I found no files at all on it. By now it was Saturday evening, and the dealership was closed. I emailed Miguel on Sunday with what I had discovered. He replied with the attached documents all scanned together over a series of 4 pdf's. It was labor intensive to break each of the documents into their own file but after about an hour of cutting and trimming I was able to achieve each document in its own file save one. I emailed Miguel and he promptly send me a new file. This file contained one of the two pages I needed. I emailed Miguel again and he finally got the last page.In summary, Peggy and I like our new Navigator. It is a keeper. Austin is a people person, and he did everything his power to make our visit pleasant and he is a good representative of Lincoln Motorcars. Miguel is a professional in explaining your warranties and support plans.I recommend that you have additional training on how to copy files to a USB. In addition, it would be professional to break the files down by document and not pile all of them into a few files. This puts an undue burden on the customer and could be relieved by just a little care in finishing out the paperwork.Overall, Peggy and I give David McDavid Lincoln a passing grade. We would not hesitate to recommend them if someone is looking to purchase a new Lincoln.

Honda Inspection as the Honda dealer was unable to handle.
