Service was quick and efficient

I drove with my wife and children 10 hours one way from Albuquerque to pick up a vehicle I paid a deposit on as well as a credit application that was approved. Upon arriving our salesman had the vehicle in the back for us to inspect which was appreciated. The cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par for any dealership, especially a prestigious Lincoln dealer. The salesman was not responsive to my issues with the cleanliness so I asked to speak with the finance manager I had been dealing with. The manager quickly discovered the vehicle had not been detailed yet and addressed the issue immediately by discounting the price which I greatly appreciated. Our salesman was however friendly and professional and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone!

Joel was very honest about what needed done to my car. Had a loaner car for me due to the length of time to fix my car. The repair was a manufacturer issue.

John McDonough assisted me with a challenging repair. It was accomplished successfully. John patiently answered all my questions and kept me up to date with the ongoing repair. John is the guy you want to be a friend of yours. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee bar with phone usb/electrical ports is perfect for the bar. The coffee machine is a plus.*I would post my recommendation online but I do not use Google at all.
