Everything was great . Richard is a super service advisor.

It’s was great experience… time wise it was little unsettling as I didn’t expect it to take over 2 hour, but understand with all that come in … I will be better prepared next time. Was panicking in the end as I had to pickup my child by 5pm about 10 miles away. So by 4;15 pm I sent a text and call the advicer

The paper process was slow. I had my on finance.

Experience was good. Only issue was that while handing over vehicle, I asked the guy to taker of inner Matt cleaning. But it wasn’t taken care. Just passing Matt from water and wiping and putting it back would be easy. As any way vehicle is passed through wash
