I used the McDavid mobile service for the camera safety recall and oil service. Nathan did a great job. I will continue to use the mobile service when possible. Great job McDavid.

Service personnel were very professional. This was my 2nd oil change there and my only complaint is it takes too long,. Both times there on a Saturday and it was a 2hour or longer wait, this last one I was the first customer at 7:30 and still took 2 hours.

Mohammad was incredibly helpful throughout the buying process. I felt comfortable and informed about the vehicle, and was not bothered during the work day like many dealerships will do. Mohammad’s product knowledge and high customer service set himself, and McDavid apart from the others.

Quick and easy! I also asked to have a recall evaluated but found out I need to be placed on a list to be contacted. I so appreciate the help of the gentleman who assisted me as the last rep shared that I just need to continue calling and asking if the parts arrived. This rep was able to place me on a list so I can avoid the constant follow up.
