It has been somewhat frustrating with the issues I have had with my 2020 Lincoln Navigator. Service has been the biggest issue since we bought the car. I do want to express that since the addition of John things have take a 180 and the service is back at what I expect. He has been great to reach out and keep me up to date on my vehicle. Also a shout out to Max...he also has done a great job trying to get this issue resolved.
