Customer service is excellent at this location; this is why I continue to visit David McDavid Lincoln Frisco! From a friendly greeting as soon as I arrive to a comfortable waiting area to a review of what was done on my vehicle at the end, my experience was extremely pleasant.

dash light check engine light was on. It took several days to get vehicle back but work was completed and thanks to continued warranty the cost was reduced.

Austin was great to work with. We were not planning on buying a new aviator, but he worked to make us a deal on one that we were happy with. Very happy with our purchase.
