Richard Ancheta is the BEST! He always tells us what issue or issues the technician has found and if we need to address the issue or issues now or if it can wait.

Joel made in intake easy on arrival. Appreciated the repair completed by mid afternoon. Lyft ride home snd return to dealership after car repaired went smoothly. Car nicely washed and vacuumed.

Pickup was rescheduled at the last minute. This continues to be an issue.

Service was great. I was unaware that service included a car wash and I am grateful. Next visit I will be totally prepared to stay longer.

Richard was my go to guy. He immediately set me up to get a loaner car & kept me informed of the progress until I could go pick up my car. Absolutely seamless .

Quick and easy. In and out within the time quoted. They also washed the car and vacuumed the interior.
