Richard Ancheta was wonderful. He was very efficient, and always notified me when there were changes to the service schedule, due to new repairs that were needed. He was very clear about why the repairs were necessary, and answered all of my questions. Mr. Ancheta also had the repairmen investigate other things that I asked them to look at, just in case.

The repair was quick and the service person was very professional and courteous.

VERY PLEASENT NO PRESSURE

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this time around my experiences has been a bit of a disappointment. I picked up my car from a paid service/repairs that were not done as spotless as previous experiences with this location. I reached out to the service advisor who has been doing the best he could to get it corrected until I was questioned rather someone else took out a missing piece I told them they didn’t put back when I picked up my car. The reasons technician told the advisor that piece was missing didn’t even make sense - I’d still recommend Richard to anyone who come to this location, but this recent issue has truly bothered me to be questioned on something I know was there then not there once repairs were done.
