Great facility, good people!

The service advisor, Richard, was waiting for me when I arrived at my appointment time, the service was completed and the car was ready for pickup when promised. Richard is always friendly, professional and efficient.

I had many pieces to the service on the car and all were done well, and I had transportation with Lyft from and to the Dealership. Thank you, Richard Ancheta.

Great went great

battery was replaced in a timely fashion.

I had a great experience when I went to the dealership to get my car fixed.

Quick, fast service without any issues. They even washed and cleaned my car!

The experience of purchasing a new car from David McDavid Lincoln could not have been more pleasant.

My experience was one that I wished I never had to have, since I only have driven the car barely 4 months. However, the people involved from the time the door comes up until I leave are always courteous. My service advisor Max does well with me, as having to come with service matters this early is very discouraging to me, especially as this was my second time and I'm not happy about that. I have driven FORD vehicles most of my adult life and have never had this many issues this early and still having ongoing issues. Maybe my expectations were too high, I guess, but Max does his best to remain pleasant and I appreciate it.

it was good that I didn't have to go to the store. We handled the transaction by phone and email
