My experience was one that I wished I never had to have, since I only have driven the car barely 4 months. However, the people involved from the time the door comes up until I leave are always courteous. My service advisor Max does well with me, as having to come with service matters this early is very discouraging to me, especially as this was my second time and I'm not happy about that. I have driven FORD vehicles most of my adult life and have never had this many issues this early and still having ongoing issues. Maybe my expectations were too high, I guess, but Max does his best to remain pleasant and I appreciate it.

Alex was great to work with. We went there looking for a very specific vehicle. Alex helped us to order that car and explained things to us. We ended up finding the exact car we wanted for a price less than ordering would be elsewhere and Alex made sure we got our deposit refunded promptly.
