Good experience, very helpful

It was a great experience! Mary Jane Reyes was a great help and extremely nice. She was a pleasure to work with.We had been in contact with a different salesperson who was no help at all. He would no even return my call. We all most decided to go somewhere else to purchase our Lincoln aviator.I’m glad we gave Mary Jane a try!!

Scheduling the service and working with Richard was a good, positive experience. He was efficient in scheduling service and replacing my windshield, across 2 days, and I was only without my car for 1 1/2 days, which was better than I expected.The Feedback I have is an update would have been appreciated at the end of that first day; I should not have been the one to reach out at the beginning of day two to ask for an update. And, when I picked up my vehicle, one of my requested services was not complete. I pointed it out, and they were able to do it quickly before I left.

I found my car through cars.com and this was the easiest and nicest car buying process I’ve ever done. Richie and John were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Mr. John even came meet us on his off day because we came from South Louisiana.

I took my car for service due to a creaking noise coming from the display screen and sunglasses holder. The creaking noise from the display has been fixed, but I can still hear it from the sunglasses holder.

Very informative professional approach advised me of repairs that would be beneficial for the profomace of the vehicle moving forward.
