I had a recall, oil change and inspection done on my car.

As always, prompt, courteous service from the time I pull up in the garage until I leave with my car pulled up outside the door. Richard is a great advisor and explained all the maintenance items I needed done on my MKX. The mechanic who did all the work did a great job getting a lot of things done so I did not have to leave my car overnight. I appreciate all their hard work! When there were more things needed than I originally brought my car in for, Richard arranged rides to/from home. Really appreciated that!
