I had to replace my previous car after a wreck.After searching online for quite a while I decided to check out a gently used Lincoln Nautilus. After finding several models online at David McDavid Lincoln we made the trip to Frisco last weekend.Jovanny Chapa greeted us when we entered the dealership and just a few minutes later I was off on a test drive of a 2022 Nautilus.Loved the car but had too many miles so we discussed several other used cars and even a lease on a 2024 model. I ended up with the perfect 2022 Nautilus- a certified vehicle with low mileage and a full 4 years left on the warranty. I was even able to get financing a full 2% lower than what I had already been approved for! Jovanny was incredibly knowledgeble and courteous throughout the whole process.He even noticed a chip on the windshield and the dealership actually replaced the entire windshield.Seriously can't say enough about the customer service I received from Jovanny and David McDavid Lincoln. I highly recommend this dealership!!

My experience at the dealership was a very nice experience. I was greeted upon entry into the dealership right away. The whole process from test driving the vehicle to signing papers was very smooth. Everyone was so helpful and made it a stress-free experience. I would definitely buy from that dealership again.
