All went well

Good experience. Srv Mgr advised me to go ahead and drop off vehicle. Advisor was helpful and attentive.

Philip and Richie were courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. I was in and out in about 2.5-3hrs, including test drive, financing, final offer review and detailing. Front desk lady was also SO SWEET. Will keep in mind for future car needs and have recommended already to family.

We did not have an appointment, but they were able to get us taken care of quickly.

Very attentive staff. Called during the week and Phillip was incredibly helpful on the phone to identify vehicles of interest and steps to make a trade. Felt welcome and comfortable when I went into the dealership.
