I appreciate Joel he was very professional and courteous. I was not happy about results of repairs. I have had SUV since Jan 2022 and every time I came in for service I expressed concerns about squeaky brakes. Now on my third service I was told booster is bad hoping that would clear up my concerns on noise. Nope still there....I also requested to have idling checked as idles high when sitting at a light, paid 500 plus to have spark plugs replaced and car idles rough still. I am not pleased as I don't know if anything was really replaced. Noone showed me under hood. I am not a typical female, I know some things about cars.
