Your personnel were prompt, courteous and professional.

Waited on vehicle

The service team was prompt and friendly. My car was serviced fully and quickly.

Richard took care of all my needs as usual. Susan even stopped by to say hello and brought me something to cover up we with because the waiting area was so cold. Thanks to both for taking care of me.

Each time I bring my MKX in for service, I leave pleased. They always do the extras--checking for any recalls, condition of my tires and when necessary my state inspection. When I buy another car, I’ll go to David McDavid Lincoln.

This is the second Reserve we have purchased from Eddy. He is professional, prompt and always makes sure the process is seamless.

Love my new car

JJ is outstanding to work with. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure that he sold me the correct car. Tammy in finance is so professional and friendly; another delight to work with. This was a great experience and will be so much better when their systems and procedures allow for JJ to handle it all and not have to run back and forth to the managers office. That entire process could have been streamlined.

This was the fastest car transaction I’ve ever done. Definitely would recommend.

Great Experience!
