Seamless and comfortable wait area

Best experience I've encountered in purchasing a vehicle. I was in/out in just a little over an hour. My salesperson was very knowledgeable on the models I was looking to purchase. She knew what I wanted and didn't try to point me into a different direction. I really appreciated that respect.

Exception Customer Experience!

Brought car in for state registration inspection.I had an appointment and was told at the time I made the appointment that it should take no more than 20 minutes for the inspection. I am not certain why, however, it took approximately two hours of waiting time.

Phillip Jones was our sales rep. Very nice and knowledgeable young man. We live in Austin and made our deal over the phone and e-mail. Traded in our 2017 MKX. New, nice dealership. We bought a Lincoln Nautilus Reserve with the 2.7 liter twin turbo all wheel drive combined with the 8 speed and it a great drivetrain. We have told all our friends about the SUV and have recommended the dealership.

I have found everyone at the dealership to be very helpful in determining the problem and how to solve it.

Matthew head of your service department was extremely kind and understanding about my issue, he went out of his way to make sure I had a vehicle while my car was waiting for parts. I was extremely impressed! Thank you Matthew!
