I have found everyone at the dealership to be very helpful in determining the problem and how to solve it.

Matthew head of your service department was extremely kind and understanding about my issue, he went out of his way to make sure I had a vehicle while my car was waiting for parts. I was extremely impressed! Thank you Matthew!

Everything went well on my oil change at David McDavid lincoln of Frisco keep up the good work also was able to get a shuttle and grab some lunch thanks very much to David McDavid of Frisco

Great experience.

The service we received was wonderful, but we had to wait a while to complete financing.

Great service and my car was ready as promised!

I talked with Richard Ancheta and he told me they were unable to find a new engine for my 2009 Lincoln MS and he referred me to Alex the salesman. They were both great to work with.

I had several issues, such as correcting recalls, basic 50K mile checkup and rear hatch opening and closing without initiated action and without warning. All was done according to the description on the service agreement and since the hatch was not covered under the extended warranty, the Service Manager did the ground harness at no cost to me.

The customer service I received at David McDavid in Frisco was great

We love Lincoln in Frisco. The stuff there just make you like a big family. They provided good service and warm greeting.
