Liked Philip - 5 stars for PhilipDisliked your cumbersome process - 3 stars for David Mc DavidReally disliked Susan, she was not there to work with us. She was there to sell a car, take it or leave it. If not for Terry switching back to Philip we had planned to leave. - 1 star for SusanThe process took WAY TOO LONG. It should not take 5 hours to buy a car after the car has been selected. I would buy from Philip again. I WOULD NOT buy from David McDavid again unless you change your process.
