Really enjoyed everyone I interacted with. It was not high pressure (except for the finance representative who was trying really hard to get us to buy an extended warranty). Davood and Terry were EXCELLENT! Also, Michael in the service department was top-notch.

Dealership got me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I really like service advisor Richard. He communicated very well. The new facility makes the wait easy!

My visit was a vast improvement vs. the previous visits at the new location. Beverly, the service advisor who helped me did a great job conveying the issues I had my Lincoln Navigator outside of routine maintenance. She called when a mechanical issue was detected and she researched the coverage of my extended bumper-to-bumper guarantee, which helped me reduce the cost of the repair. On the not so positive side, I found that the issue with one of runner boards I reported continues to be a problem. I will address to the service department with a separate communication.
