Convenient, courteous, and quick (as always!).

I usually would say that everything went great because Richard provides great service but this visit was horrible!!!! It always takes days unto a week or weeks for my car to be fixed, and you guys never have any loaners!!! And when I finally got it back, the check engine light was on which has NEVER happened. Why wasn’t that checked out before I got it back?!?!?!I think the service is typically subpar but again, I don’t say anything because Richard does a great job; however you guys really need to increase your level of service!!

Just had a flat tire and can’t find tire key after service was done on Thursday. Having to tow to Lincoln Dealership

Brought new vehicle in for front brake noise. Turns out there was a service bulletin on that issue. Cesar managed the process and kept me informed throughout the process.

Transmission fluid change. Richard Ancheta got a new keyfob made fir me while I was there. Really appreciated it. (Though I am trying to understand why I have now had 3 fobs that brought up “see manual” on my dash, and my car would buck & stall, buck & stall until I switched to another fob.

Everything was great. I was treated with exceptional professionalism and I appreciate how quickly everything was addressed.

My service experience was outstanding as always. I wasn’t happy that I had to replace my transmission after only 105,000 miles but that’s a different question.
