For a standard service that was scheduled a week ahead of time. I was surprised it took just over 2 hours to complete a oil change. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I was alerted the truck passed all 30 checks but the cabin air filter needed to be changed. This was included in the 8 additional jobs that need Immediate attention. First, at this stage I didn't have the time to wait for this work. Second, apart from the cabin air filter non of the other $1000+ added services really came with justification for my truck verses general reason why the work should be completed.

Sent my car in for a tire sensor failure. They communicated well with me, as I was unsure if our weather event would delay my appointment, and also wanted to confirm they had the part. They called back upon confirmation of those things, which was much appreciated. Service went well and pickup and drop-off of my car was on time.
