Good service all around

Excellent but expensive

The service went great, as has been my experience with Lincoln. The maintenance that I wanted to have done was completed, which were to replace all 4 of my tires and to flush and replace all of the fluids.A loaner car was also provided, which is appreciated.The only issue was the surprise cost. When I was initially given the estimate, the total was about $2000. However, when I came in to pick up my car, the cost was just over $3000. The difference in this price was the almost $1000 in labor.Also, when I went to look back at the invoice I also noticed specific charges, such as a tire insurance plan for a $160. For my tires, I had specifically requested this not be added. And when I asked the service rep, they said that it was included with the cost of the tires. If that is the case, I don't know why there would have been a separate $160 for car insurance.Overall, it just felt like that pricing was obscure.I feel like this is something that should have been mentioned or emphasizesd up front during the estimate. It wasn't a big deal to pay for it, but for some people, that might be an unexpected surprise that they can't manage.By the way, this is my third Lincoln in the past 10 years, so I'm very familiar with the cost of maintenance repairs.Have a great week.Respectfully,Dr. Robert D White, D.C.Captain, U.S. Army RetiredCell: 405-887-5969
