I am very disappointed with the extended service delay for my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus at David McDavid Lincoln Frisco. Although I scheduled the appointment in advance and clearly explained the issue, I waited three days just for inspection. I was then told a part would arrive in 5–6 days, but it has now been over 3 weeks, with no confirmed delivery date or clear timeline.I also do not understand why I am receiving review requests when I still have no information about whether the part has arrived or if work on my vehicle has even continued. Since I rely on my vehicle for work, this situation has caused significant inconvenience. I respectfully request a clear update and a realistic completion date

For a standard service that was scheduled a week ahead of time. I was surprised it took just over 2 hours to complete a oil change.After 1 hour and 45 minutes I was alerted the truck passed all 30 checks but the cabin air filter needed to be changed. This was included in the 8 additional jobs that need Immediate attention. First, at this stage I didn't have the time to wait for this work. Second, apart from the cabin air filter non of the other $1000+ added services really came with justification for my truck verses general reason why the work should be completed.
