Always a great experience with McDavid. I had an issue with a dead battery so got the car towed there. They immediately diagnosed the problem which was more than just the battery and fixed it promptly. After which they returned the car to my home. Excellent service!

Very happy with service department and Advisor, Richard.

I was greeted promptly and everyone was professional and friendly.

It was courteous and quick. My service representative was knowledgeable

It was so wonderful . The technician came to my home and completed the updates to the onboard software as part of a recall. Excellent service!

I was very satisfied with the maintenance service provided by service advisor Mr. Cesar Martinez on 04/30/25. He was absolutely courteous, patient, and professional in walking me through the inspection results and eventually taking care of my car maintenance needs. Thanks a lot and have a great one !👍👍👍

Excellent experience. Cesar was very courteous and knowledgeable. We’ve never had it at David McDavid Lincoln as a matter of fact, my husband bought a Nautilus two weeks ago from your dealership..

Richard is the best. Always gives me good advice and helps me decide what needs to be done now and what can wait until a more convenient time.

Very happy with my service!
