I brought my car to the Frisco location because the Planet Lincoln is far and I did not want to drive all the way down to Dallas. Planet Lincoln worked on my car back in January and broke a few clips to the dashboard under my steering wheel. I didn’t notice until April. The Frisco location could not fix the clips under warranty because the previous work and workers that broke it were at Planet Lincoln. It seems that transfer of warranty or funds could go between the two dealerships instead of the customer being inconvenienced by having to drive it all the way back down to the Planet Lincoln in Dallas! Now I have wasted 2 days of this when none of this breaking was my fault. I feel very inconvenienced and that’s not great customer service.
