James Kelly took great care of me, performing The Works and state inspection. I have had dealerships take all day for just the oil change and this was done by lunch. Greatly appreciate the quick, thorough and friendly service.

We had a very rough experience. Prior to dropping off the vehicle, I made sure to set expectations. The car needed an entire day of service. So I offered to drop off the car the prior day in order to ensure they’d have it overnight and can get started as soon as possible. The service manager advised me it was the same result if I dropped it off the day before or the day of. Since my wife still needed the car I dropped it off the following day. I called back before closing and I was told the agreement was 2 days. I told the service manager we had said 1 day and he advised me the car isn’t ready. So now I was out of vehicle an additional night. Then the following day, expecting the vehicle will be complete during the day I was vigilantly watching the status updates to the vehicle online. The vehicle was in the final stage for hours and I did my due diligence to call 30 min prior to closing. The service manager said he was actually leaving for the day, which meant the only reason why I was even able to get my vehicle that day was because I had to be proactive.For a vehicle this expensive and a dealership that prides itself on service, I can say my Honda dealership has given me far superior service and treatment than this place. Very disappointed. I was excited to be a customer and everyone was amazing in the sales process but the service after has been terrible.
