I received an E-mail and a text that I missed my appointment even though I did not.Nothing against the dealership. They were great. The comment applies to Mitsubishi. The whole infotainment touch screen problem has been a years long problem. Having to wait 6-8 months possibly longer to solve a known problem owners have already put up with for months already is ridiculous especially since struggling with it is a serious safety issue and could lead to a crash due to distracted driving. Mitsubishi Corp. should have alternate solutions ready to go as failure was not a surprise. I am hopeful that this issue is not reflective of the reliability of the vehicle/Mitsubishi vehicles in general. I appreciate the dealer for doing what they can in the mean time. The responsibility lies directly with the manufacturer. Thank you,If someone wanted a Mitsubishi I would recommend them. Partly because they are the only dealer in the area.

The service professional was kind enough to come show me how to work my AC. I felt silly for not knowing how to work it and he helped me and didn’t make feel stupid.Super friendly, honest, and helpful!

The services were not performed on day my appointment was scheduledIts possible the manager was new to this position because he did not verify the parts were in before he confirmed to me they were the day before my appointmentService not performed
