I've never had to wait for over three hours for a oil change and tire rotation, they blamed me cause I test drove some vehicles when my keys were right there a few steps away not ten miles somewhere in a cave ‼️‼️🤬No snacks no coffee no bottle water nothing but a long ass wait with a high bill for my troubles ‼️‼️‼️Had a bad attitude caused I asked if there was a problem because I had been there so dame long, had to call into work late because of such a long ass delay in my service ‼️‼️Over three hours later and apparently they didn't check anything else because I had a bad wiper blade that needs replaced ‼️‼️‼️If a person has an appointment at a specific time check them in at that time and don't put anyone else in front of them ‼️‼️🤬🤬🤬It should've been free no charge for waiting over three hours and two other people went before me and I was there first with an appointment 🤬🤬They new I was there the overhead door opened but no one came to great me like they normally do ‼️🤬🤬

I received an E-mail and a text that I missed my appointment even though I did not.Nothing against the dealership. They were great. The comment applies to Mitsubishi. The whole infotainment touch screen problem has been a years long problem. Having to wait 6-8 months possibly longer to solve a known problem owners have already put up with for months already is ridiculous especially since struggling with it is a serious safety issue and could lead to a crash due to distracted driving. Mitsubishi Corp. should have alternate solutions ready to go as failure was not a surprise. I am hopeful that this issue is not reflective of the reliability of the vehicle/Mitsubishi vehicles in general. I appreciate the dealer for doing what they can in the mean time. The responsibility lies directly with the manufacturer. Thank you,If someone wanted a Mitsubishi I would recommend them. Partly because they are the only dealer in the area.

The service professional was kind enough to come show me how to work my AC. I felt silly for not knowing how to work it and he helped me and didn’t make feel stupid.Super friendly, honest, and helpful!
