Everyone was very nice.

I was told my usb did not work and they could not do the recall. I use the usb daily to charge my phone and it works fine.I wasn’t offered anything.My vehicle was returned to me on a radio station I don’t listen toI’m still waiting abex it’s been over 2 monthsI don’t know if the vehicle had a multi point inspection or not.The service I received was awful. I hate I purchased the vehicle from them. No one has called back about the part I supposedly need and when I call I get the run around.I did not get a print out.I was told they had 1 person that was trained to do the recall and because of that there is a long wait.I was not met at my vehicle.

no wash or vaccume at the serviceall else goodGot an appointment for scheduled oil change service and got it done in less than an hour. Nice guys.I have a 2024 Outlander which runs great. While waiting I ran into a sales guy. He tried to sell me a 2025!I laughed! It is their job understandably.
