Bought vehicle @ Deland Mitsubishi in 01/2025. World of difference in service departments. Daytona Beach staff is great.

Barbara does an awesome job running the service department. She takes her time time to find out what is wrong with the car and discusses what needs to be done. The service department is very efficient with getting the job done.

I wanted to add that I love the couches in the seating waiting area. I had the pleasure to see my sales rep again walking by. And he reminded me that I should be receiving a check for referring the last person who bought a vehicle— I’m still waiting for the check, however. I’m not sure how long that’ll take. But nevertheless, I still would have referred to regardless. But I’ll take the bonus when it arrives. LolEvery interaction I’ve had from the very first time I called this location has been amazing. When I stopped by a visit to look at the vehicle, I got great service. My sales person, Patrick, which I have already recommended to three people to him — has been nothing but professional and follow up and kept his word. I just got my first oil change again for a minute. I stepped on Property the service advisor came out and She greeted me right away with a right away with a smile! She also was amazing.

Please fix your app. The facility and personnel are fineTrying to schedule an appointment online was impossible. Once I called and spoke with a service advisor everything went smoothly.
