I was not happy with the negotiation part of the sale and went to leave twice. When I say, I am willing to put down this amount and willing to pay that amount per month, don't ask me if I can come up with more and certainly don't come back with more than double what I said originally. I was almost at the point of loosing my temper. My time is extermely valuable and I don't have enough of it. Don't waste my time.In the end, everything worked out great and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the financing.The location is really clean. The free coffee, water and snacks is a nice touch. The service department should be the standard for all service departments. It was so nice to be able to pick a color of vehicle I wanted. This was the first time I have ever bought a new car.The only thing I would recommend is to train the sales staff to know that when a customer is firm on their terms. Either make the deal happen or don't. When all was said and done, I walked away with exactly what my terms were. I feel like we could have saved 2-3 hours had the sales people just accepted or declined my offer. The whole, "let me talked to my manager or the finance person" song and dance is old and not applicable for all clients.The showroom is really nice. The free coffee and water is a plus. The closing process was very fast.

I’m always pleased with the service I receive from the moment I walk into the dealership. It’s always light and bright, and I’m greeted the moment I open the doors! The service is always thorough and fast, and nothing is better than getting into a washed and vacuumed car! I appreciate it all.Daytona MItsubishi treats you like family, so I automatically know, my family would be in excellent hands!

When purchasing a new vehicle it should look fresh, clean, and new. Both times I bought vehicles from Mitsubishi they needed detailing.Again, my sales representative was awesome!! Two thumbs up! I appreciate his help answering questions and explaining the differences in features of all the vehicles in stock. Very knowledgeable. Thanks brother!The sales representative listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He didn't ignore my needs and sell me just any vehicle. That was important to me. He is a kind individual and a good man.
