Over all we were very satisfied.The check in was ok but he was not as knowledgeable as Barbara is. When I mentioned the rattling near the rear door he asked if i wanted it looked at that day and said he did not know how long it would take. When Barbara checked us out he told her that I might want to make an appointment to have the rattle checked out. She knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it! She is definitely an asset to that department.The service is unmatched
