Every visit I've had at the Daytona Beach service department has been on time and stress free. The waiting area is clean and is supplied with reading materials, vending machines, and other amenities.Service started right on time. Barbara and Keith were very pleasant and answered my questions. Their customer service was well above any standard.

The Outlander was clean before given to me but after getting home. I noticed little crawling spiders coming from the air vent and also in the back seat of this vehicle. I really believe that the seller knew this and didn’t advise me af this problem.

My Outlander is a 2019. I have only had to bring it in for maintenance. Its never been in for a repair. It's been the best vehicle I've owned in a long time. The warranty was the best I've found and the next car I buy, whenever that is will be from Daytona Mitsubishi. I have a wonderful relationship with the service staff. So, from my experiences keep doing what your doing.No long waits for appointments, knowledgeable staff. Work done properly, car comes back clean.
