Always able to get an appointment when necessary. Personable staff.

Fabulous experience no need first filling, professional advice.Wish all my appointment at DCO sale, we're as organised as today. On three separate occasion so I pay my fees and then kept waiting far too long. For example on 4th January I had an appointment after 40 minutes I approached a young blonde dental assistant on reception with blue overalls on, asking why such a delay. She said she would expect mail and ask, after a further 50 minutes of waiting I again approached her and asked any reason why delay and no one has had the curtest to explain and apologise, she said may be an emergency. Which I explained would allocate free time slotveach day, ratger than keeping a client waiting who has booked weeks in advance. Atbthe lack of understanding, i again approached the dental nurse on reception and cancelled my appointment. Which bybthen led to almost an hour delay, with still no feedback. I advice emergency cases in timeslot which wouldnt affect respectful patients who turn up on time. Again i am often given this excuse. Finally, o profe i take this opputussional dentist practice mat I take this opportunity that when a receptionist named sue is on reception she runs the practice with absolute professionalism and is alw the star rating for todatbis ays polite and excellent for 4the january minus,extremely helpful. p

Overall good quality treatment, only problem is I have had a couple of cancellations of my appointments and then it's taken a few weeks to get another appointment at a convenient time to fit around working hours

Great dentist always give 100% service staff are polite would recommend this dentist
