The application process was quick and easy. I do not like the fact that they automatically sign you up for insurance and a credit tracking program that increases your rent like you aren’t responsible enough to already have those things in place. Also after two weeks an inspection was , which is usually done before a property is occupied, that failed. I have been dealing with people interrupting my life come fix things. The furnace needs to be replaced, the windows and plugs are outdated. I really wish these property owners would keep up with their property.

I wish you all would uphold your end of the contract we signed. Or at the very least explain why you are not willing to correct the wrongs you have done. This has Deca has the worst communication. Angie is the only person the answer us regularly in the chat. Marty, Jack and Michelle will read an email then push you off to the next person then they just stop answering all together.

I chose the date to be move-in, but this has been a persistent problem that still has not been fully addressed. There was speed and attentiveness on the paperwork initially, which I appreciate. However, there have been several problems regarding maintenance, which has led to confusion, miscommunication, and delays in fixing problems that were promised to be addressed prior to my moving in that have yet to be alleviated.

I love renting with Deca Property, This is my first apartment and it’s been the best experience so far. When I moved in they had a welcoming bag waiting with much needed home essentials and they have been resolving any and every issue very quickly.
