I’ve lived here 5 years and I love the apartment

Erica was amazing! He gave us all in the info we needed and answered all of our questions.

Tasha and the Deca Family has really been great especially Angie they always polite and always making sure everything is ok with my wants and needs the communication is great through out the whole company

All experiences I've with DECA representatives have been positive. If I do have an issue that I need to speak to someone at DECA about anything everyone has been helpful. I have no complaints.

My family has known the Young family since birth and after all these years, they have remained honest, friendly, and my favorite... ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO. (usually earlier than promised and always right). All around they're a great company and provide service with a smile. In addition to the other employees, I'd give Frank 6 stars if possible for his ability to get the deal done!

I met with Jasmine Newton as she showed me one of the properties for rent. She was timely, professional and courteous. She was knowledgeable about the property and the process. When we finished, she thanked me for my time when I should have thanked her for hers. My only complaint is that she had more viewings otherwise I could have chatted with her all day, that’s how personable she was.

Jonathan came out and helped me with some window units since our ac isn’t working well. While I have had a lot of issues with this house, every single staff member from Deca I’ve encounter, especially Jonathan today, has been incredible! The only upside to renting is how incredible kind and helpful the maintenance team is

I saw the property on Pizzaro with Tasha today. I really like her. Her attitude is perfect. She answers all my questions. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Tasha is great.
