Good company. Maintains property well

This is a very lovely home. It's just not worth 1350 in reality it's really a one bedroom home with a finished basement an being rented as a 3. This house has too many utilities when I'm not buying the home. This house is only worth 900.00 a month in many wyes. Lots of people said I'm getting ripped off. Especially since im.paying extra utilities that's not really a renters responsibility when not buying or trying to own. It's no privavacy in the basement for this to be considered a 3 bedroom home an that's where the two extra bedrooms are. No closet space in masters bedroom. I'm payi.g for the cuteness of the house not comfort. It's a lovely home but in reality it's not worth the price I'm paying. This house is really worth about 900.00 then responsible for extra utilities when I'm not buying the house. I'm getting played. It's really a one bedroom with a finished basement not 3. Was told it was a 3. I feel it needs a price adjustment.

I have renting from Deca for 3 years. I enjoy where I live. Amanda works in their maintenance department and is always very kind and quick to resolve issues.

Everyone was so helpful I was able to multiple homes before I choose the house I wanted an it has everything I need

The young lady (forgot her name) that fixed my toilet was very nice and she did an excellent job. Always professional and I am glad to see her.

Deca responds quickly when I have a problem, and issues are usually resolved within a few days. In my first year I have a new garage door opener, a new garbage disposal, and a new microwave.

Technician was ver courteous and communicated friendly and clearly what needed to be repaired and did so.
