The new microwave installation went well but created alot of dust in the house. The service tech did try to clean up the best he could. Consider sealing off kitchen with sheet of plastic next time.

I have had a great experience with Ashley her kindness in helping me with the safr program was greatly appreciated. I’m a senior that doesn’t navigate the internet well,she has been extremely patient with helping me no matter how many times I have reached out.

Late last week I discovered a plumbing issue in my kitchen and reported to maintenance late in the afternoon. The next day Chad ( a member of the maintenance team) showed up and addressed the issue. He was courteous, respectful, and honest. He told me he hoped that would be the answer but may need additional work. He called me the next day (Saturday) and came to check out the situation. Once he identified the problem he fixed it and told me what to expect. He called to verify the problem was fixed and scheduled a time to complete the repair. He came Monday and finished. While in my apartment Chad took care of a few minor repairs, took time to replace some light bulbs, and even offered to take out my trash. All of his attitude, professionalism, consideration, and kindness made him a true stand out!! Grateful he has joined the maintenance team.
