It was a very easy process. I moved from out of state and I was able to get thing taken care of without physically being there.

I WAS REALLY WORRIED WHEN I WASN'T ABLE TO GET OUT OF MY HOME IN TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT, BUT I REPORTED MY PROBLEM TO DECA-MAINTENANCE AND IN NO TIME AT ALL MY WORRIES WERE PUT TO REST. NOT ONLY DID THE GUYS INTRODUCE THEMSELVES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL/COURTEOUSY WAS THERE AS WELL AND IN NO TIME AT ALL FIXED MY PROBLEM AND I WAS ON MY WAY-THANKS MAINTENANCE I APPRECIATE YOU.
