I have lived here for two years and maintenance has never fixed anything but since Phil has been coming out things are actually being taken care of.

Deca has responded promptly to reported issues and/or questions.

Maintenance did a.good job fixing my clogged toilet.

My refrigerator completely broke. When DECA maintenance delivered my new one, they noticed multiple leaks in my water pipes, and Walter fixed them all. He was so friendly and even swiffered my floors/stairwell after they finished. I would highly recommend Walter to other properties.

I have lived in my house for 3 years now and I LOVE Deca!!!! I have had issues with previous landlords and their response times to maintenance issues and i have never not one time had an issue with them responding to any request I have had. I recommend them to everyone! The office staff is so nice as well anytime I email in regards to a question they respond immediately.

Besides the light company turning the lights on in the wrong unit I really do like the place and moving in was great very nice and well kept apartment building very nice neighborhood.
