I have had a good experience with Deca Property Mgmt. There were a couple of issues with the apartment that I rented and when brought to their attention, the problems were resolved.

All of my contacts with Deca Property Management have been great. They were very helpful, and really nice, when going through this process. Other than a couple of repair items to be completed, they have done a great job and are very responsive when contacting and called upon for service.

Maintenance did a.good job fixing my clogged toilet.

My refrigerator completely broke. When DECA maintenance delivered my new one, they noticed multiple leaks in my water pipes, and Walter fixed them all. He was so friendly and even swiffered my floors/stairwell after they finished. I would highly recommend Walter to other properties.

I have lived in my house for 3 years now and I LOVE Deca!!!! I have had issues with previous landlords and their response times to maintenance issues and i have never not one time had an issue with them responding to any request I have had. I recommend them to everyone! The office staff is so nice as well anytime I email in regards to a question they respond immediately.

Deca has helped so much through a lot. No company is perfect but I do appreciate the patience and understanding heart they have.
